Important information for your Chappell Roan show

The shows are October 3 and 4, 2025. 

Fans can start lining up at 2:00pm via the Ticket Checkpoints (see venue map) and doors will open promptly at 4:00pm. The show is scheduled for 6:30pm.

The shows will take place at the Museum and Memorial Park located at 2 Memorial Drive,  Kansas City, MO 64108.

No camping or early arrival will be permitted — we want to be good neighbors and follow city policies. Fans can start lining up at 2:00pm via the Ticket Checkpoints (see venue map) and doors will open promptly at 4:00pm. The show is scheduled for 6:30pm.

Please note: No numbered wristbands will be issued for the event. Your ticket is all you need for entry.

No re-entry is permitted.

There is no official event parking.

Carpooling or ride share to the event is encouraged. There are nearly 40,000 parking spaces in and around downtown which is a short walk to the venue or the KC Streetcar line.

Parking Garages & Lots:

Many are open 24 hours and most are open for events. Availability changes depending on the time of day. The parking lot at Union Station and Crown Center is closest and a 10-15 minute walk, based upon availability.

Street Parking:

Street Parking is available in the area on a first come first serve basis. Please make sure to check and observe posted parking and street signs.

Public Transit:

The KC Streetcar will be running, hop on and take to Union Station. After exiting the station, please use Kessler Road to get to the main entrance.

Entry gates will be located at the south end of the park at the intersection of Kessler St (Main Entrance) and Memorial Drive (ADA Entrance).

The box office, guest services and the Accessibility Services Hub will be located west of the entry gates. On show days, the box office will be open from 2:00–9:00pm for ticketed fans only. Please note, no tickets will be sold on-site as all performances are sold out.

If you have AXS Mobile ID tickets, be sure to download the AXS Mobile app in advance on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Please make sure that you are logged into your AXS account in the AXS app before you arrive at the venue.

Entry gates will be located at the south end of the park at the intersection of Kessler St (Main Entrance) and Memorial Drive (ADA Entrance).

VIP ticket includes access to premium viewing area located in front of stage with dedicated event entrance, food and beverage options, and restrooms.

Note there is no dedicated parking.

All bags will be searched before entry. These events will use a clear bag policy.

Any bag between 6” x 2” x 9” and 12” x 6” x 12” must be clear & single compartment. Any bag larger than 12” x 6” x 12” is not permitted. Any bag smaller than 6” x 2” x 9” does not need to be clear.

Bag lockers will be available for any bags that are non-compliant for entry. Bags will go through security clearance prior to being checked in lockers, and must be removed after the show (no overnight storage).

All guests will go through security screening & metal detectors at entry. Permitted items include:

  • Cameras must be under 6” without a case; no professional cameras or video equipment, no detachable lenses.
  • One (1) 20oz factory sealed plastic water bottle
  • Empty refillable water bottles - plastic ONLY
  • Lip balm, lotion, sunscreen
  • Earplugs
  • Costumes & face paint – costumes must not cover the entire face or block the view of guests behind you
  • Posters & signs
  • Breast pump and supplies
  • Battery chargers - portable ONLY, no larger than 6”x3”x1.5, no visual damages (all devices must be disconnected during inspection)
  • Binoculars (no carrying case)
  • Medical/protective face masks
  • Wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers and canes (for more mobility info, please visit the Accessibility Page)

All guests will go through security screening & metal detectors at entry. Prohibited items include:

  • Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.)
  • Drugs of any kind (for prescription medication info, please visit the Accessibility Page)
  • Flammables (liquids, fireworks, explosives, sky lanterns, road flares, etc.)
  • Noisemakers (air horns, bells, etc.)
  • Drones, unmanned aircraft systems or any remote-controlled devices
  • Non-compliant bags (please see “What is the bag policy?”)
  • Non-service animals or pets (for service animal info, please visit the Accessibility Page)
  • Hammocks
  • Folding chairs
  • Bicycles, skateboards or any other wheel transportations
  • Cups, bottles or flasks made of glass or metal
  • Glass of any kind
  • Blankets/towels
  • Umbrellas
  • Seat cushions
  • Wood and wood burning fire pits
  • Laser pointers of any type, poles or rods
  • Strollers
  • Floor mats, rugs or carpet squares
  • Any outside food or beverages (excluding factory sealed bottled water 20oz max)
  • Alcohol
  • Pepper spray
  • Portable speakers
  • Professional cameras & video equipment
  • Vending (food, merch, etc.)
  • Power tools
  • Markers, spray paint, spray pens
  • Toy guns, water guns, sling shots or sports balls
  • Any item deemed dangerous, unsafe or inappropriate by security onsite

The event Accessibility Services Hub will be located west of the entry gates at the intersection of Memorial Drive, Wyandotte Street and Kessler Streets.

Once you’re onsite on day-of-show, please visit the Accessibility Services Hub prior to entry to:

  • Receive an accessibility wristband
  • Check-in for effective communication (ASL Interpretation, etc.)
  • Register service animals
  • Get additional info & assistance on accessibility services

All ages are welcome.

Infants under 2 years old do not require a ticket, but must be accompanied with a ticketed-adult at all times.

Food & drink vendors will have items available for purchase on site, including vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Alcohol will be available for purchase with a valid 21+ ID.

Outside food & drinks will not be permitted, other than factory-sealed plastic water bottles no larger than 20oz. Guests may also bring an empty plastic reusable water bottle & fill them using water stations available onsite.

Restrooms will be available at various locations throughout the venue. All restrooms are gender-neutral.
