All people with disabilities and accessibility needs are welcome. Please read through the following event accessibility information.

The event Accessibility Services Hub will be located west of the entry gates at the intersection of Memorial Drive, Wyandotte Street and Kessler Streets.

Once onsite day-of-show, please visit the Accessibility Services Hub prior to entry to:

  • Receive an accessibility wristband
  • Check-in for effective communication (ASL Interpretation, etc.)
  • Register service animals
  • Get additional info & assistance on accessibility services

There will be an accessible entry lane located adjacent to the Accessibility Services Hub. Guests with disabilities and up to one (1) companion may use this lane to safely enter the venue. Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub immediately after entering the event to request accessible accommodations and services.

Guests with accessibility needs do not need to purchase accessible tickets to utilize accessibility services at the events. Please purchase standard tickets & visit the Accessibility Services Hub once onsite day-of-show to accommodate your accessibility needs.

Accessibility wristbands will be given out day-of-show at the Accessibility Services Hub. Wristbands are free of charge and will grant access to necessary accessible services & locations. Standard ticket required for entry to the event.

A limited number of accessible parking spots for guests with disabilities will be available on a first come, first served basis at the Federal Reserve Visitors Lot located at 1 Memorial Drive, Kansas City, MO 64198. You are required to bring a valid, state-issued handicap placard, permit, or license plate to enter the accessible parking lot. The person the handicap credential is issued for must be present in the vehicle as a driver or passenger. The accessible parking spots are free of charge.

The event is held on flat terrain consisting mostly of grass and paved pathways navigable for guests with mobility disabilities. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, drop-off/pick-up location, entrances, accessible viewing areas, vendors, and all other areas.

All guests with mobility disabilities are encouraged to bring personal forms of transportation (including wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers and canes). Wheelchair & scooter rentals will not be provided.

If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device or other medical equipment, please visit the Accessibility Services Hub. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.

An accessible viewing area will be available to guests with disabilities plus one (1) companion.

For information on how to access this area, please visit the Accessibility Services Hub once onsite day-of-show.

Space in the accessible viewing area is first come, first served. Guests are not allowed to save spots & should not block the view of others behind them.

Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached. If a guest or companion is not-present for more than 30 minutes, their spot will be given to another guest.

The accessible viewing area is non-smoking.

Trained service animals are permitted upon verification onsite at the Accessibility Services Hub. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted.

Trained service animals under the proper care of their handlers must follow these guidelines:

  • All service animals must be verified by an Accessibility Manager before entering the event venue
  • The Accessibility Manager may ask for proof of required vaccination(s) during the verification process
  • Once verified, service animal handlers must fill out a Service Animal Agreement to receive a service animal credential
  • Service animals must remain by their handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered
  • Service animals must utilize the service animal relief area
  • Handlers are responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by a service animal
  • Please do not leave service animals in the car while attending the event

Please submit a request for ASL Interpretation or other Effective Communication services by filling out the Effective Communication Request Form before September 3, 2025. Any requests received after September 3, 2025 may not be able to be fulfilled.

Once arriving onsite, please check-in at the Accessibility Services Hub to connect with our interpreting team.

Several First Aid locations will be available throughout the venue, including at the Accessibility Services Hub. Professional medical staff can provide assistance to medical needs at these locations.

Food vendors providing vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available. For special dietary requests beyond these, please fill out the Dietary Restriction Form.

All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with matching name to a government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entrance.
